How to Spoof GPS Location on Android (2 Ways Including a Free One)
Hi guys, this video will show you how you can spoof GPS location on Android using two different ways including an absolutely free method which involves the use of a free app that can be downloaded from the Play Store.
There are bunch of useful apps on Android like WhatsApp that let you share both your current and live location with friends, family and other people. But there are times when you don’t want other people to track you or know your exact whereabouts. There are also people like me who want to trick an app or game like Pokemon Go into believing that we're in a different location. All of this can be accomplished by spoofing your location. So, in this video I will share some really easy & effective ways to spoof GPS location on Android.
Solution # 1: In the first part of the video, I’m using a computer tool to spoof my location on the Android. This tool can help you fake both current and real time location on all the apps like WhatsApp, Snapchat, Life360, Pokemon Go and similar apps: bit.ly/gps-spoofing-android
Stable connection is the main advantage of using this tool over any free app available on the Play Store. It will make sure that fake location will stay on your Android till the time you want. Fake location won’t drop suddenly to minimize the chances of you getting caught. Please note that you will have to restart your android device if you want the real location back.
Solution # 2: If you are looking for a free way, then go ahead and download a GPS spoofing app like Fake GPS or Fake GPS Location by Lexa directly from the Play Store. These apps are easy to use and save lot of time which is required to use a computer app, but the type of connection they provide is not very stable. There is a strong possibility that fake location will drop in the middle and your android will start showing the real GPS location. Also, most of these apps don’t spoof live location on the Android. If you are okay with these cons, then this is the way to go.

What will happen if I disconnect the cord between the phone and the laptop? Will my phone's IP address return to normal or remain the same as when I spoofed my location?
That is really useful, especially for spoofing live location on Android. Tried it on WhatsApp.

Must I connect my android phone to a laptop,is it possible to get the app working on your Android, without a laptop...
So basically after I do all the steps and remove the phone from the computer it will continue to be in the same spot as it was set from the computer? Also let’s say it’s working, will mobile data have any effect to it while being on ?
Its not free..😂 you need to buy the software after 5 changes or move to the fake location

Not working for me. It shows me where I want to spoof to on the map, but cant do anything because its telling me "Failed to Detect Location."

Isn't the FakeGPS map basically just a VPN node? Wouldn't staying connected to a VPN server serve the exact same purpose?

No. VPN is IP based so the location is tied to where the server is located or registered. Some apps like YT TV require you to allow the location of your device with its internal GPS telemetry, not just IP

If you have an issue with it loosing the mock location, turn off the improve location accuracy. The GPS spoofing only changes the GPS/cell input while google is looking to "improve accuracy" it is using nearby wifi routers to supplement (and override) external GPS coordinates. You _might_ be able to get away with just turning off wifi. But to be safe, turn off "improve location accuracy" under "Google location accuracy"

Some apps that I use do require improve location accuracy to be turned on. When this is on, the app also detects that the location isn’t real. This doesn’t work as good as it does with iPhone. Is there any way to keep google accuracy location service on and also fool the apps?
