I love the voice over! I also love that I can't watch one of your videos without my kiddo saying "it's Grace!" and asking "where's the baby?" it's a family affair over here!

I really like the voice over. Sometimes I have a hard time following along without it. Knowing why something is done is big part of learning that you just don't get when you are just watching the action.

Why thank you! It's comments like this that make me feel so comfortable to share the "crazy" of creating with a child. You guys see her for what she is, rather than a distraction.

I love the voiceover format! I haven't branched out too much yet, and I love hearing about how it felt to spin it. I've mostly stuck with roving because it's the easiest for me to get my hands on. I feel the need to start a "Free the Bean" hashtag. Hope you heal quickly!

One of my favorite videos from your lovely collection! Would like to see some of this process in slower motion! I enjoy watching techniques because it does inform my spinning when I can see the hand movements of my fellow spinners as they work. We all have a slightly different approach!

I agree! The diversity of our movements is so amazing, how each of us find a unique flow but can create basically the same yarns. Giggle! I might do a slow mo version :)

Great video and instruction. Loved the tips you shared. I don't have a lot of batt experience but do fine it spins mush better over a core yarn than roving. I don't think the roving has enough texture. Your yarn is great!

I'm really curious about your core yarn! Are you using a handspun or a commercial yarn?
