Did you go during the high season or low season? I am planning to visit Broome in October this year, to avoid the crowds because I heard June->August is very touristy. I wanna get more an "off-the beaten track feel", rather than be surrounded by crowds of tourists. As you have been there, how did you find Broome? is it still a place of adventure or just another mass tourism destination? If you have been in October or low season, how is it?

Hi there, I went in late November so it was certainly just starting to get into low season. I found it definitely wasn't over crowded at all but bearing in mind this was during covid lockdowns so WA was only open to themselves and also Queensland at this point. Yes, there's definitely lots of adventures and other tours you can do from Broome. I think you should definitely check it out as the landscape alone was so different to anywhere I'd been before. Happy travels! Cameron.
