I was doing some testing last night on 6 red crit builds, technician spec for laser pointer with the kingbreaker. Perfect Focus chest and Ceska vigilance packs on all variants. I paired this with 3 different builds. And took body shot crit numbers on all 3 at max focus and stacks. Striker gave about 1.2m on max stacks but required 100 shots on target. Heartbreaker although faster, only topped out about 1.05m. And the 50% bonus armour was negligible for this purpose. High end with contractors, foxes, grupo and coyote gives about 980K at full focus with no need to stack. Heartbreaker was a clear loser, striker requires to maintain about 75 stacks to match the high end build. I favoured the high end build for the consistent almost immediate burst damage. These numbers aren’t going to be exactly typical as every piece wasn’t optimised fully and my watch/expertise isn’t full. I would like to know what the focus build is that you use at the beginning of district union, I think an in depth guide of your assault rifle focus build would be great. Cheers!

likewise came here from Dods channel when i saw the content title i thought awesome must be a "Sleigher build" ! the Zoo remains my speed run nemesis but ill keep hammering away at it with my trusty M1928 ( not very meta i know )next time it comes around . I continue to enjoy "Mr Dods" content an he holds you in high regard so i'l stay tuned for some more content as an when . what about speed run records for shooty builds ? not a fan of the shd toys i generally fry myself more than the npc's

Gun builds can be used in speeds but they're generally slower, unless you're cracked out of your mind with a regulus. Higher difficulties call for more guns instead of skills, though, which I'll hopefully cover at some point. Thanks for the support!

@@hutchler it would be an interesting exercise to see how close you could come time wise guns v shd toys would give more replay value to boot i know the game only records your best time but some of the times cant be trusted ive been in some runs where the mission glitches an misses a spawn /segment (space admin ) . i need 1 more raid run for the regulus only done 2! , not bad for nearly 200 days on the game clock! did see you reach out to the devs on twitter with ideas for improving the game good luck there, can only be a positive if people who really understand the game get involved although some of the populist click baiters may start to beaker a bit !!

I’ve been paying this game since the day it released and I had no idea that you could ignite the clout by double pressing 😂

I had no idea that there was a quick skill deploy button! I'll have to find it in pc. I always fire my cans using option one. Will practice 2. I think 3 may be a far stretch but I'll give it a whirl eventually!

I'm on PC in this vid - by default, it's unbound (oddly) - so you'll need to bind it. It's called 'instant use skill x' where x = 1 or 2, and 1 or 2 = left or right skill :) For sure 2 is probably the only one most people will need. 3 is a verrrry minmaxed strat and takes a lot of practice!

@@hutchler Oh dear, G&T will be hard for my old brain to learn. With the detonater sticky, if I press q to quick launch, it just sticks. I can't press Q again to get it to detonate. Then it just fizzes out. What am I doing wrong?

@@RaulNigli Haha, whichever binds work best for you are the best ones to use - those are just the ones that work best for me! The reason that's happening, is that you can't detonate stickies with the instant press button. What you need to do is fire it with instant press, but then press the normal (long press) bind to detonate it. Hope that helps!

Question about duos....I usually see a dps and eclipse...have you tried 2 eclipse but one with survivalist? Do the buff that survivalist gives to your teammates allowing more damage on status and since your both running status wouldn't your other mate have more dps with eclipse?

Can we use a Contractor's Gloves with Skill Tier and Skill Damage instead of Status Effects for this eclipse build? Is the Contractor's meant to replace the Golan?
