    1. When order ing, I say "May I have ... Please?". 2. I am legally blind and disabled, and I have a walker. As auch, I expect the server to take the others' orders first, and they usually do. Once, a young server at an Italian place took my brother's order first, then turned to me. Looking right at me, she asked, "... and what will he be having?". My brother was so mad that he stood up and started to leave. I stopped him, saying, " It' okay, she's probably never met a disabled person before". Then I asked her, "What are your specials, please?" I ended up getting a really goid dinner of shrimp ravioli.

Hi again Brian, I remember when I lived in Liverpool around 1999-2001 tipping wasn’t mendatory-like like in the US but it was appreciated by the waitresses and waiters. I would say, once in a while I would tip a with 30-50 cents, especially whilst partying with good pals or friends. I dunno how people tip in England or the rest of Britain. But it co and interesting subject, worth a documentary; seriously. Where do you come from in England again? @Smashing English Cheers! Thomas ps: have you got any good local bevy in yer town or region? :) 🍻

Its really true, once we find English guests in Germany, they pay tipp like a shit. I wonder, why is that? I got it afterwards. But I had always fun with them.

In america tipping is almost mandatory . In Morocco , it's ok , sometimes the waiter treats me like i were his friend , and more than a king , so i find myself tipping him with a wide smile , and he never looks at how much i gave him , he just slides them in his pocket with a big thank .

Others :- Learned English useful for visiting a restaurant. Me :- Learned how to book a table (Never ever reserved) . How to order (politely). What is red meat (previously use to think, raw meat=red meat, including chicken).
