    I noticed that most Shoegaze chains have the distortion/fuzz at the end. Most other genres put fuzz first or second. So the trick is to add drums and lyrics to these sounds and make songs. Unless you just want to free form jam. I guess thats called bedroom noise pop.

    Great video, thanks a ton! What’s your opinion on the MXR Phase 95 for this style of music? I love how the small stone sounds but I’ve read the newer version breaks for a lot of people and the old version is only available via resale and pricey.

    Finally!!! At this point I think it's impossible for you to make a bad video. My board is heavily influenced by kevin so it's cool to confirm I've got everything down.     Forgive me if this has been covered, but do you ever address effect chain order? For instance it looks like your blues driver is pretty late in your chain and you start with reverb, and a few more things. These placements have significant impact on the resulting tone and your choices are really good ambient/lofi techniques that a lot of people looking for tone tutorials might not know about. Great content sweet aesthetics boy

    The jhs emperor is cheaper than the diamond vibrato but still pricey. A good substitute though

    it's centre positive power, in contrast to most pedals which are centre negative. so that's what you need to look for when buying a new cable :)

    Kevin was a hero of mine until the last two albums they were a total let down for me and it wasn't cause of the change in style it was poorly done. Pond and Gums albums were much better
