i try it both methods but it keeps shutting down, and autorestart check box after i remove , once it start it go back to checked in even i remove

I have followed every step correctly but it still restarts... and also I have chooses QWORD 64bit at 4:00 because my pc is of 64 bit will that make any difference?

Yes

It doesn't work for windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. Laptop still turns itself on and the date changes to 2008

When i start browsing chrome, moxila then pc restar after some time. But safe mood with network no problem? What is the problem

Go to advance system settings then click settings in the down then dissable auto restart. Reply if solved.
