Engine Lubrication System
The lubrication system in the engine functions to lubricate the components that are rubbing together and prevent rusting of the engine parts that move translationally or rotationally. The goal is to maintain the life and durability of components in accordance with their economic life. The lubrication system is supported by several main components including the oil pump, oil filter, lubricating valve, oil cooler and thermostat.
Oil Pump
The most widely used oil pump for engine lubrication systems is the external gear pump or trochoid pump type. Engine lubricating oil pressure ranges from 3 - 6 kg/cm2 during engine operation within normal limits. The oil discharge supplied to the system ranges from 50 - 300 liters/minute.
Trochoid pump is a gear pump with teeth in the form of a trochoid curve, the number of teeth of the outer rotor. The outer rotor is cylindrical and rotates in the pump housing, while the axis of the inner rotor is eccentric to the axis of the cylinder, so that the inlet of lubricating oil takes place perpendicular to the eccentricity. When the unit is operated in an inclined position, oil flows and is at the end of the oil pan. So that the oil does not circulate perfectly. The scavenging oil circuit has a strainer located on the opposite side of the main strainer. So that the oil at the end of the oil pan is sucked up by the scavenging pump and flowed to the other side.
Oil Filters
Engine lubricating oil gradually becomes dirty as it carries particles of the components that rub together. If the dirt and dirt circulates with the oil to lubricate it, the other components will wear out quickly. To maintain the above, the system is given a filter so that the dirt can be filtered and the circulating oil remains clean. There are 2 kinds of oil filters, namely: Cartridge type (paper element into one with the house) and Hanging type (paper element separated from the house).
The oil filter will gradually become clogged with foreign particles and dirt. The speed at which the filter is stuck depends on how the oil is handled. The filter element must be replaced periodically according to the operation and maintenance manual. The by-pass filter functions to filter oil from the oil pan to keep it clean and prevent the oil filter from getting clogged quickly / helping the oil filter work. The bypass filter structure is the same as the oil filter and the size is bigger.
Lubricating Valve
Lubricating valve works for:
− Regulates the oil pressure in the system.
− Limiting the oil pressure in the system.
Oil Cooler
Excessive increase in oil temperature causes the quality and ability of oil as a lubricant to decrease. To overcome excessive heat in the oil, an oil cooler is installed in the system.
There are two types of oil cooler structures:
1. Cylinder type
The pipes with fins are arranged so as to form a cylinder. Oil flows in the pipe and cooling water flows outside the pipe in the opposite direction to the oil flow.
2. Layer types

Saya punya pc 200/8 mo awal star Oke tapi bila sdh panas udh kerja susah mau hidup sdh Mohon pencerahan sipu
Bang itukan switch tipe NC harusnya jika connector di cabut controller ngebaca normal karena ground tidak terhubung, kasusnya sekarang connector sudah saya cabut tapi error masih muncul.

Kang alat sya pc 195 B@BAZK oil engine low...tapi klau engine hidup erornya hilang.. Ukuran Takaran oli juga bagus..apakah sensornya kalah.. Klau kalah minta no partnya kang...makasih sebelumnya.. sehat dan lancar rejekinya..🙏🙏

Muncul kode error nya atau hanya lambangnya saja? Kalau muncul lambangnya saja, normal saja kang, kan mesin belum hidup, dan engine oli pressure belom ada.. Kalau muncul kode error nya, coba check socket, kabel dan sensornya

Bang ini kabel saya tempelin body saat start trus lepas dr body saat udah running..tetep aja muncul gambar oil engine low pressure. Saat rpm rendah
