I like doing it try his way “dragging solder” instead of doing individually, it causes a big mess. Good job!

It's the first time you touch it. Until you have done a few the first touch always makes you think you have immediately trashed it. The first touch, always creates a big splattery blob of sticky solder which drags across half a dozen pins. The few times I thought I'd ruined it immediately. But, no, when you go back over it with lots of flux you can drag that bead of solder down all of the pins spreading it out and if you are lucky, no bridges!

It’s a lot easier on fresh board with new parts

I just wonder does it work if we use the hot air instead of using ironing solder and we need more videos using a hot air instead if that is possible

@@miranlyan1 Sure heat guns are widely used for smaller smd work. You can find many videos, search for "reflow soldering" "smd rework" "solder paste" etc.

Wow. We see lots of mistakes right from the start. First they put flux on the board which causes the chip to slide around. Plus they spent so much time messing around after putting the flux on that it evaporated before they could even start soldering. Then the drag soldering was the worst I have seen.

I can do faster with my ancient 936 solder station. No need Kester, JBC or expensive stuff. Just need skill and practices
