Very clear instructions for leader and follower, at a relaxed pace, with practice to music after each section. Also, a very nice combination to start with. Technically this is known as Smooth Rumba, aka American Rumba, based on this timing you heard. The Parallel Rocks are also called "Offset Breaks".
