I turn my gun upside down, climb over my bunker, and manually throw paint at my enemy to be unpredictable.

Big thing to remember: Don't be repetitive. In my last speedball video I kept popping out in the same spot and the other player knew exactly where I was going to pop out to shoot and he won the gunfight.

Ashraven PB Exactly. This applies to basically every bunker including the different snake positions. Take a small can for example. You can snap, then come out low, switch hand and wrap, even pop over the top of the bunker.

Great video on snap shooting. Also a good tip when snap shooting is to make sure you don't stick your legs out too much cause knees and lower parts of leg tend to get hit if not tucked in as well. You guys should make more basic paintball drill videos like this.

Thats true. But also you want to bend in your waist and not use your feet. If you bend in your waist were ever you feet are pointing your probably going to hit at the same spot each time.

Should have said how to aim down the barrel while holding the gun slightly sideways like that. I like to aim down the BUNKER side of the barrel (through the very tiny space between your hopper feeder and the bunker), so my head is practically not sticking out at all. This is something I worked on for years. It’s more difficult but makes you a nearly impossible target. Sometimes if it’s not too intense I’ll aim normally down the far side of the barrel. Accuracy counts allot in snap shooting.

Be unpredictable. This is the biggest thing in snap-shooting, you don’t want your opponent to understand what you are doing and you want the element of surprise. If you become predictable, your opponent will learn what you are doing and can be prepared for you to peek out and get a shot of on you. Keep changing levels, changing speeds. Pop out, shoot a few balls, pop back in. Pop out, in and back out right away. Wait a little bit between sides, switch sides, shoot low.... the possibilities are endless so don’t get caught in one single loop and get shot. Be loose in your bunker as well. If your tight you will be more likely to get shot if you are not as fluid as possible

The real skill to acquire is learning how to take aim and shoot at a moving target within the few seconds of popping out of the bunker, doing the same thing

Not demonstrating a good snap. By tilting the hopper in, your natural tendency is to over expose your elbow and the lower section of the gun. When you roll out, only your little bit of mask, hopper inline with the mask, and barrel.
