    Does it matter the style of charcoal grill? The one i have is an 24" Expert Grill from Walmart...how would you set that one up? (if you can)

  • @GulfCoastSmoke

    @GulfCoastSmoke

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@jasonwatts5802 Absolutely doesn’t matter! That’s the square one right? I would just get one full charcoal chimney full of coals, dump 3/4 of them unlit into the grill and put them to one side to create your two zones. Then light the other 1/4 in your chimney and put them over the unlit coals and then choke back your vents to create a show cook! Then place your meat indirect and just watch her purr and give you a great smoke!

    I put two fire bricks by the charcoal, and two fire bricks by the meat, so I don't have to flip the meat.

    Brother, tried the method and was well after 3 1/2 hours. Took the butt out, spritzed it and wrapped it. 1 1/2 hours later it looks charred!?! I'm so bummed....wonder what went wrong. Thoughts? Love the channel brother!

    Cherry briquettes . I don’t use any other flavor of woods except for Cherry I checked your wing video out I was gonna give you a recipe to try . I used the Franks hot sauce I let them sit in a bag over night then I poke holes in the bag to let the sauce flow out , then I. Season it with the holy gospel meat church with some liquid smoke , then after 30 minutes on the grill I hit brush maple syrup on there .try it you’ll thank me later I promise . Your page got me started grilling .
