I've very recently started drawing favouring ink and wash style. Without knowing anything I've been watching videos so I can start on the right foot and not be discouraged by bad choice. Your style of sketching is appealing and your speed is commendable. Your commentary throughout the video really makes a difference to understand your process. Thank you for making this video and sharing.

It's good to know that even a seasoned artist like yourself still gets uncomfortable painting on location. I'm still too scared to go out on my own but watching your videos is very inspiring! Keep up the great content

Very nice! Have you ever had someone you are sketching come over to chat and look at your painting? I still don’t have the confidence to sit in a cafe and sketch 😅mind you, I am really new to this so hopefully my confidence will come as I hopefully improve. Thanks for sharing your work. Thank you! I will film a video on Sailor's fude pen very soon. In general, the fude nib can create more variety of line thicknesses controlled by hand pressure and angle holding it.

It's a gooseneck tripod I got on Amazon, it doesnt have a light source.
