Paper behind the tags on new era works . Usually have 3 tags you can slip paper behind. Easy and doesn't look weird.

Try sliding thick folded pieces of paper inside the tags for a tighter fit 👍🏾

My fitted hat is a size 8 how many times do I need 2 make it fit

I feel the issue is the size of the brim stay the same among sizes. The space on the sides of your head is from the brim expanding beyond the sides of your head.You can shrink it, but eventually it’ll force a curve in the brim. I wish they had smaller brims on the smaller sizes of the 59Fifty, as I like the look of the flat brim, but it doesn’t seem like it’s possible to not have gaps on the sides if you have a smaller head.

i got a size 7 and it was just a little too big but my dad has a-lot of fitted caps and he said im probably like a 6 7/8 so this really helped shrink it down a little

That's hilarious that he didn't know the sizes so he ordered the biggest size they make an 8 I wish he included the part when he tried it on get next time just take a measuring tape or wrap a string around your head then measure the string
