@@rikashis Try a different VPN or protocol and see if that changes. Also, you can contact your ISP and see if you can get a static IP. It can definitely help you with nat type issues

@@rikashisWhich VPN are you using? Speedify, Nord, express, the one mentioned in the video, they all give you Type 2, but just to ensure, please use google DNS and see if that helps. 8.8.8.8

I’ve a dhcp problem using cable with usb 2 lan adapter. If I set auto on windows tcp ip 4 setting and console and same on console it do not working. Using your ip setting works only via wifi hotspot but isn’t stable. What ip setting have to use for cable? Thanks I use nordvpn openvpn udp

I'm using ExpressVPN; When i connect to a server, the TAP adapter still has an X next to it and says "network cable unplugged". Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and that didnt fix it. Any suggestions?

ok I guess I commented on an old channel and found your updated version. here is my comment from the other channel...... So I was connecting via my desktop and since it only has one ethernet port I bought an adapter with three ports. As soon as I connected both the ethernet for the ps4 and internet for the PC it kicks me off the internet.... when I take the ps4 off the adapter it comes back on. is it impossible to have both connected or is there a fix for this? is it because I used an ethernet male part instead of a usb?

Hi, did you use an adapter to make your 1 LAN port 2-3? because that won't work, this way it will use the same Mac address and physical port, you need a USB to LAN adapter to have a second LAN aside from the main one.

hey man. great tutorial. it has worked alot but sometimes i find that i get the error "cannot connect to data center" (mostly countries in asia aka Korea, australia etc i am in Norway) any tips? (i am on windows sharing express vpn to xbox)

Hi thanks, it depends on the VPN you use and the IP, some IPs of Express VPN servers are disallowed to access some servers in some games, try another server and it may get fixed.

Hi, you need to connect your PS5 to the hotspot as well, once they are both connected to the same hotspot, they can communicate through your phone's hotspot.

Hi, to access your PC from another location you don't need an actual VPN like Express, and about the issue you mentioned, you need a static IP and forwarded ports which Express doesn't provide, but which method are you using? You can always access with anydesk application over WAN or LAN with no issues.

@@ZHNetverse I already use anydesk/teamviewer, but I want it through the VPN... if you go to see it, the radmin vpn, for free, lets you create a network and connect another device on that network and then you can have access to the files of the other machine. Isn't express vpn able to do that? I really need it. It's my company, one machine is in one city and the other in another... I need them to be interconnected, I used Radmin VPN, but because it was free it was very slow, so I paid for Express VPN... but so far I haven't been able to interconnect the machines, I couldn't get one to see the other. If I create a virtual router and connect them to it, would it be possible? I'm really lost, please help me.

Either that, a USB to LAN Adapter, or a USB Wi-Fi adapter, or you can use an old phone for the main connection with USB tethering and use the LAN for the console.

Done all the steps but when you try connect to ps5 it says your internet service provider or router might be preventing your ps5 from connecting to the internet make sure you connect via the same network as your ps5 by connection using your pc or mobile device

Hi again, did you try changing the DNS and VPN server? also, ensure to turn off header compression in Speedify if you're using that, + ensure to turn off IP leak protection (it disables all other network adapters and prevents windows from sharing.)

Hi, if your Wi-Fi supports both Hotspot and connection at the same time, you can share with the hotspot as shown, if not, use your phone to tether the house connection with USB then use the PC hotspot to share to the console.

Hi, are you sharing the VPN adapter to Xbox LAN? If yes, please use the OpenVPN protocol in Express VPN settings and after connecting the VPN share it.
