Hey! I was wondering of you could do a tutorial on how to draw a horse jumping (possibly with a rider) :)

Thank you so much! These are really great tips! I got an advanced horse adult coloring book for Christmas and wasn't sure where to start. I have always been able to draw, but have never had any formal instruction and shading has been a struggle of mine. Thank you for posting this video. I look forward to watching others. :-)

When shading darks & lights with pencil crayon, lets say i'm using green, do I use a lighter green pencil crayon for lights and a darker pencil for darks or do I just use a medium green and press harder for darks and lighter for lights? I've always wondered this. (By the way, great video!)

If you have the different shade in your pencils, I say use them!

If you watch my latest video on drawing Koi fish you can see a little how I use them... its in time lapse but maybe it will help. I will see about doing a tutorial on using colored pencil sometime.

Ty im almost on your art level already from too days my first was ok and horribel and second worse then third ok then i started get the hang of drawing horses i dream of starting to draw horses first ill practise on your vids then ill go to drawing then without showing me how to draw them

This may sound woerd, but I love when you have the music quiet enough so you can still hear the sound of the pencil XD

I know the feeling... I feel the same way about learning the guitar. :)

that horse looks like its about to turn its head toward her gut wich indicates the first signs of labor or colic, lol i just had to share that!
