@@roxanneloyst3733 any type of stretchy material would work great. Like jersey knit or even scuba/lycra material. I would go to the store and "feel" the fabric to see if it is stretchy enough before purchasing online to make sure it will work for your project.

Thank you for making this video. Chair sashes are not cheap. As an event planner I wanted to build my inventory without breaking the bank and this looks so simple and easy to do. I have to ask how much material did you use and how many sashes can you make out of it? Thank you again. Great job!

Thank you so much for watching! I agree sashes are not cheap. That is a great idea and this is a great way to stock up on colors for your clients. I stretched the fabric to make 6 chair sashes with 1 yard of fabric. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
