You explain things so clearly - thank you for sharing. I made this mask today, it fits so well and my glasses don’t fog up!!
Easiest, quickest, best fitting face mask I've made so far. Deleting all my other instructions. Thank you!!!
This is the absolute BEST video for sewing the 3D mask. This is the method I use. I add the nose piece and a filter layer of antimicrobial polypropylene before turning right side out. Great job on the video!
This is my favorite mask pattern / tutorial. And I’ve tried a lot of different ones! Your instructions are clear and concise. Thank you for posting! Stay safe.
Yours is by far the easiest, fastest 3D mask tutorial. I finished my first mask and it fits perfectly. No complicated folds, etc. Thank You.

Happy to help!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I just started sewing and this is the one mask that I REALLY wanted to make. Everyone makes it so complicated and your instructions made it so simple!! I’m totally going to make one today. Thank you so much!!!
Your tutorial results in a clean, precise, well fitting mask ... thanks for taking the time to share your method.
Best mask I’ve ever made. Thank you so much
I'm a beginning sewer and was gratified to be able to make a neat, functional mask from this great tutorial. Thank you so much for sharing it!
I don’t think I’ve seen this style mask without “stay stitching” the top and bottom flaps, I’ll be trying this technique!😃
Wow! I just finished this pattern. Fits perfectly. Instructions are very easy to follow..I love love love it. Thank you so much for sharing.
Where the heck were you beginning of this year when the virus broke out. These masks are wonderful. So much easier than others that I made
This looks so much easier or maybe more enjoyable to sew. Thanks for sharing.
I just finished this 3D mask and it was by far the easiest and fastest yet. The fit was great too. I did add a lightweight interfacing to the back side of the lining fabric. This is going to be my go to mask from now on.
THIS is my FAVORITE pattern.... fast and nice fit!!!
Your tutorials are so easy to follow! I am looking forward to trying this one!

What dimensions do you use for a child
First of all I want to say that you are the first one that I have seen cut the corners on the inside on your 3d mask. I have seen some others and no one has done that. Your pattern uses minimal cutting, measuring and stitching. I can't wait to make some new masks with these instructions. Thank you for the wonderful pattern.
Just finished making my 1st 3D mask based on your tutorial, and I couldn't believe how easy this was!! Took me maybe 30 min start to finish, no cumbersome templates, and minimal pinning! 😃 Grrr.. I wish I'd been sewing this kind instead for the past 8 months.. 😞 I have a 6 mask order waiting to be filled, and THIS is how I'm making them from now on! I cannot thank you enough for sharing your skills, and wonderful tutorial! ❤ 😊😘 I have a new zest for mask making now!! 👍

What happened after washing? Does it hold it shape or do you have to press it every time you wash it do you want to hold a peek in the front how does that work since you’re not stitching a seam in the front or anything like that would it be good to make a real thin stitch straight down the front upon finishing as a finishing touch I just wonder about that

@@michellebrown7449 thanks for asking! yes, just running a quick iron over the front again to set the crease works fine, but may be a chore to some? Running a thin stitch down the front seams might work, but you may lose some of the space inside for your mouth and nose? Not a lot, (I have found this style to be much roomier inside, and doesn't sit against my mouth, which was a huge selling point for me with these) but perhaps throwing a few hand stitches, for better space control, might be the best option. I might just play around with that, and see what the results are, since ironing isn't always an option after wash for some. Hope I helped answer your questions 😊
I love this, because I can understand you and instructions are very clear, it's not like you flying through everything, I love how you gave measurements at the beginning, thank you so much 😊
This is the easiest mask tutorial I have seen :) Thank you, I was planning to sew myself a new mask and I will deffinitly try this :)

Happy, Happy, Happy ! Thank you so much! I really like your measurements and technique, I am a happy sewer!
Thank you, thank you so much for the very detailed and easy to follow instructions for your mask. Really appreciate your great video.
I used this tutorial and I am so proud of how my mask came out. I haven’t used a sewing machine in over 20 years. Not since home ec and this was super easy and informative. I’m a newbie so my stitching is still super crooked BUT you can barely tell. Lol thank you so much for this tutorial. I cannot wait to make more. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you for demonstrating it is possible to make an easy mask that fits! What a wonderful service you have done for all the people trying to stay safe and sew masks. My sewing machine is over 50 years old and even though I can’t sew as fast as the newer machines, I can easily sew this style of mask. 💕
What a wonderful pattern and tutorial. Thank you for posting. I believe this will be my go-to pattern!
I have to agree with everyone else. This is an amazing tutorial. So simple and so clear. I'm a novice when it comes to sewing and I made this mask. It fits beautifully on my small face. It looks like a professional made it. I made a few modifications to the instructions. Instead of overstitching after turning the mask right side out, I ended up hand sewing the opening using a ladder stitch so that the stitches are hidden. I also added a third layer of fabric for extra protection. Turned out great. It's the most comfortable mask I've worn so far.
Thank you Svetlana! These masks are just as beautiful as your purses and bags!
Fantastic, yet fast. Great instructions for the perfect mask. THANK YOU!
Fabulous job explaining and instructing every step! Thank you so much ♡

I have to agree with individuals that left positive comments on your video. As someone that has been sewing for 60+ (yes I said 60)I find your video to be excellent. It is easy enough to follow for someone that is learning to sew. Great Job.

What wonderful simple instructions...I wish I would have seen this one first! I've just tried another pattern for the same concept, and it doesn't look or fit right. I'm going to use your measurements and try again.Thank you for walking us through each step, and not playing music in the background, to me it's too distracting!
Thank you Svetlana. Really enjoyed your making of this mask. xxx
I wanted to make a couple more masks, it doesnt look like this is going away any time soon. It looks like this mask would be a really good fit. Thank you again for your wonderful tutorials.

So easy and fun to make! Thanks so much!
This is a great mask - good sewing and instructions. I am going to go try right now.
I’m a new at sewing. I’m. So happy you did this. I’m going to try to make this. Thanks
Thank you for this video. Very easy to follow instructions and my masks turned out beautifully.
I never knew that the mask was so easy to make. I made a bunch of the other type of mask at the beginning of the pandemic about 100 of them and sold them to my friends and neighbors. After a while they became a little monotonous. But I’m an I glassware and I like the style so I guess I’m back to making mask again. Thank you for sharing
this lady is amazing - love her
This is easy to follow and I've now made several for family thanks for showing how to do ☺️

@@sotakhandmade do you have the measurements for children 2- 5 and 6-9 and teens to adults? that would be so awesome. this is a great mask, i think ... haven't made it yet, but it's so easy to understand ... honestly i hate making masks, some are so complicated and no instructions as they are sewing them or music too loud ... your's is perfect ... thanks ...
These masks are terrific. I can make them quickly. I made a pattern to be able to make more of them. Used T shirt yarn instead of elastic. I made the mask to measure 7.5 by 10 to make the face part just bit larger for my family. Thank you so much for making this simple and easy.
Omg! These are the easiest, better looking , no pattern needed masks I have seen , your instructions are very clear! Wish I had seen these when I mass produced some. Thank you ♥️

I finally made the mask and I finally found one that fits my son perfectly!!! Thank you so much for this tutorial! :D
Excellent tutorial- going to make some. Thanks!
Love the ease of your 3D version! TFS & take care!!
Just love it so very easy thanks 👍
This was very easy and came out well. I made two and made the 2nd one 10 1/2 inches long instead of 10. I found the 10 inch a little short using 1/4 inch elastic. Otherwise, I really like the fit and find my glasses aren’t fogging up with this style. 🤓 Thank you!
