Thank you Sherryl. I’m the UK person who requested this tutorial. I’m certainly going to try these bags. A tip for you - I purchased my lace zips from eBay, they come in packs of different sizes and colours. Unfortunately they come from China so you have to wait awhile for delivery. They are much cheaper than Amazon. Personal preference of course. Thank you once again. Happy stitching 🧵. Jane UK

Thank you so much, Sherryl. I have 2 given to me from kits. I had no instructions on how to sew them in. And, time didn't allow me to look for a tutoria. I confess I used a regular zipper! I will give this a try.

Oh I see you have zipper totes too. Im still not getting good zips in my pouches! I just subscribed after seeing your easy way of knotting fleece blankets but here you do a lot Im trying to learn after 50 years clothing sewing!

Hi Sherrill, I got those zippers in half the length, I'm pretty sure on Amazon too. I've only used them on the outside of a small lumbar pillow, but they are really cute. They look best with maximum lace showing imo. Thanks for sharing these pouches. 👝

You can also get lace zippers with the lace has hearts cut out. I think there are other themed lace zippers. I just bought the heart ones.

Hi Cheryl, I am making a zipper bag with one of MSQC Fancy zippers. How would I put the zipper in since you don't turn the zipper wrong side up? This is my first bag I have made so it's all new to me. So I already cut my fabrics to size and put interfacing on them. Can I just sew a front and back together and then set it on the zipper and stitch? Now that I know to keep my fabric in one piece. Thank you
