Hi Minki! Love this Trixie Pouch, your tutorial is fantastic! When making bags or heavy duty sewing, I love my Janome. It's a workhorse!

Hi Minki - 😍😍😍 I love this bag! You really outdone yourself this time! Wow!!! I love how you quilted the fabrics together with foam. Such a great way to keep it all together. I’m going to get some of the vinyl by Annie. It looks so much better than the kind I bought at the craft store. I love how you show us each step of the way. It looks like a challenging bag to make but with your awesome tutorial, it seems much easier. You always show me how to create beautiful things. So many tips and tricks always helps me. Perfektná taštička 👍❤️ veľmi veľa som sa naučila z vášho videá, pri šití podložiť papier, pre rovné šitie nalepiť pásku na vinyl a nahriať vinyl parou aby sa nepokrčil 👏 no a samozrejme je to super nápad použiť aj lepidlo na textil 😀 mám 62 rokov a to som si myslela, že šitie mám v malíčku 😀 tiež som si kúpila pred dvomi rokmi Janome stroj a som s ním veľmi spokojná 40 rokov som používala VYSNIA stroj ale tento Janome je ako Mercedes 😁😁 pozdravujem a nech sa vám darí 😘🇸🇰😀

I made mine using some almost clear shelf liner. It is called Shelf & storage liner by Magic cover. Not totally see through, but really sturdy and I can tell what is in the pouch. I want to make a larger one but I haven't figured out how to change the measurements to do that. Thanks for a great tutorial!

Hello! I would print the pattern at 120% or more (depending on how much larger you want the pouch to be). Once you trace the pattern onto your quilt sandwich and cut it in half, I would measure the length and adjust the size of my vinyl and the binding for the vinyl accordingly. After you have sewn the vinyl to the sides, you would then measure the curve where the zipper would be sewn on and adjust the lengths of your zipper and the binding accordingly. Hope this helps!

And where do I adhere the washi tape? It doesn’t look like it’s right on the edge of the vinyl and that you have left a bit of a space. I’m sure there are many people out there that have either found exact cutting and sewing directions but I can’t. Thank you for your patience, Minki.

I will not put my Aurifil threads in any type of plastic! It sweats in the summer, and contracts in the winter which dry rots the threads in plastic! Thanks though, neat idea though!
