The part I don't understand is 1st the measurements of the whole skirt before the stitching together and 2ndly how can I cut a skirt like that cuz it's all round skirt like no side allowance

@@bidemimonday3413 this one you don't cut. You use a whole 2 yards fabric for it. If it's about lining it there's a video there that teaches how to line your fabric for skirts like this.
