Hi, I just received the printer... so I set up through iprint, I don’t have to use the canon disc..?? Or I use the disc and then use iprint?
how do you change the setting for chromebooks?
I have the ix6820, I purchased the ink from your company. They are all lighting up but when I try to print an image it just keeps feeding the paper through the printer. I tried checking the ink cartridges, and making sure the airflow was good, however it's still not printing.
printer is asking to align do i use an icing sheet or regular paper?
my settings don't have the paper abrasion one soooooo what do I do?

Hey there Briana! Since iPrint is a web based program, you can actually use it on a Mac using the Google Chrome browser. You will need an Icing Images account, but if you login to our support page you'll be able to see the instructions here: www.icingimages.com/edible-ink-support
What printer are you using here ?
I purchased a printer and cricut bundle from Icing Images and I use all of your software. Can you help me to figure out how to remove the margin when printing on edible sheets? I've owned my printer for a few months, and I am still losing about 2 inches of my sheet everytime I print. And worse, when I'm doing a print then cut my black guidelines are always pushed off the bottom of the sheet and I have to manually cut my images. HELP!

I am having the same issues too. They don’t respond to your messages and it’s very frustrating.
Can you do this with a laptop?
Does your edible ink could be used on epson ecotank printer?

No, I am sorry, they are specially formated for the Canon Printers. We only recommend Canon printers because if you get a clog you can clean them. Just because the Ecotank says it doesnt have a printhead, it can still get a clog.

I wasn’t sure if you got an answer to this but iPrint will walk you through both printer and browser settings you should have 10 steps total so do not stop until it tells you you have completed your iPrint setup.
How can I obtain pure purple colour? Any setting I made, any combination , I can't obtain pure purple.... :(

You may need to clean your printer head or refill your cartridges/tanks. Make sure you download the printer drivers so you can properly adjust your settings.
What's type of printer mom
I have had this printer for almost 3 weeks I have been trying to set it up for exactly 3 weeks. And nothing I really need help I feel like I wasted my money on this machine

Why did your company settle on Canon versus Epson printers?

Because Canon has a removable printer, so when you get a clog you can clean it out.

We do not recommend Epsons as they do not have removable print heads which make it difficult to get clogs out. Canon printers do have a removable printhead for easy cleaning
