Nice Video Roman .. ! please teach how to add batch pictures for database .. what would be pixels requirements for Face to be add in database and what kind of background you recommend for database picture(green/white or blue)

Can you please help us with the camera and nvr model number

It was done by the DSS V8 direct recording, of course you can connect also NVR to DSS and the camera can be connected to a NVR. NVR must support FR cameras. As for camera you can use any FR camera, I was using HFW7442 FR model

my device support face recognition but it is disabled face recognition feature, how to re enable it?

1st setup the camera via web interface for FR. If it does not help, In DSS go to Devices, and than you can add the feature to a channel.

Hi please check your camera how many databases you have in the cameras already. If you create database in DSS it is also created on the camera which you add in watch list. If this is not a case I recommend to contact our local technical support
