Hey Jonny, good luck with the new channel. Great info.. one thing you may want to remember, when you build an email nurture workflow, a good practice is to add the "drip" step as the first step before the very first email. I learned this the hard way. It doesn't automatically drip the emails when it's set up on a workflow and you don't get the reminder like you do when you start the workflow using the robot icon.

Thanks for sharing that Adam, that is a great idea! Depending on the use case of the automation and how you add people to it that can be very helpful. In the video here (kzread.info/dash/bejne/fnib0capYtfPdco.htmlsi=-WH8CFiefSF5uS6z&t=159) I do also share how to bulk add leads to a workflow properly from the contacts/ CRM view, and yes when you add hundreds of leads to an email campaign you should definitely add them in drip mode to keep a good sending reputation ;)
