If you get this error message: "Cannot Verify Server Identity", click on 'Details'. Now you should be on 'Certification' -page. Click 'Trust' in the upper right corner. Done Do this without SSL!

If you are hosted with ICDSoft, the incoming/outgoing mail server address is listed at the Mail Manager at the hosting account Control Panel. If you are not an ICDSoft customer, you should contact your corresponding email service provider or check their documentation.

Incoming and outgoing mail servers are essentially two different types of services. You could have a mailbox setup where you use one server to receive your messages, and at the same time use another server to send your messages. This may be considered a non-standard setup, as in most cases the incoming and outgoing mail server settings are the same, but it is still possible to use different servers for receiving and sending messages, which is why mail programs may ask users to enter their credentials for the incoming and outgoing mail server separately.

You should get that from your hosting provider. If you are a customer of ICDSoft, you can contact our support service. Generally, this would be "mail.your_servercom", where "your_server" should be replaced with the name of your hosting server.

If you are an ICDSoft customer, log in to your hosting Control Panel and check the hostname in the left pane > "Server name" section. Once you have the hostname, you need to add mail. in front of it when configuring your Mail app. You can also submit a support ticket and our support team will get back to you within a few minutes. In case you are not hosted with us, contact your hosting provider in order to obtain your mail server hostname.

i know im asking randomly but does any of you know a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly lost my account password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me!

This is 2 years old, so not sure if you'll see this. Even thought I add a password, iPhone says there isn't a password. Has anyone else had this problem?

We read the comments here from time to time, and our answers may be delayed. Of course, this is not valid for our web hosting customers - we respond to all support tickets within a couple of minutes, and there is a 15-minute support response guarantee. The iPhone message "No password provided" could be a result of issues with the mail server settings. Make sure that you have entered the password both for the incoming and outgoing email servers (at two different places). Also, make sure the mailbox username is set correctly. If this does not help, you may try to consult your email provider on the problem.

Hello. This sounds like an intermittent iOS bug. Please try re-entering the password under Incoming Mail Server and tap Done afterwards, so the email account can be verified once again. If the issue persists, try re-entering the password under Outgoing Mail Server.

The email ports on our servers are the standard ones and you shouldn't need to set them explicitly or change them. As long as you use the correct server address for email, encryption should work with the default settings. If you are using ICDSoft's email services, then following the instructions in the video should allow you to view all mailbox folders. However, if you are using another email provider, their settings might differ. In this case, it is better to ask your provider about the exact settings (eg. "IMAP path prefix").

I've done all this and it's set-up, however when I go to send an email from that account from my phone it just comes up with the error message 'Cannot send mail. The server rejected one of the recipient's addresses. The message has been placed in your Outbox.'?? How do you set it up so you can send mail? I can receive it, but can't send it from my phone? You need to enter the correct mail server Host Name. If you are a client of ICDSoft, you can see your server in the hosting Control Panel > "Server name" section in the left pane. Simply add "mail." (without the quotes, but with the dot) in front of the server name when you enter it as mail server Host Name. If you are not using our services, you need to contact your mail service provider for the correct server name you need to enter as Host Name.
