I can’t get mine to do anything. Neither on my iPad or iPhone
Mine wouldn’t connect to wifi, said it was incompatible. My fix was to forget my wifi connection on iPhone. Then sign back in to my wifi. After I did that, it went through setup easily.

I got the sound but it’s not doing shit
If I have voice recognition and personal request turned on, what will happen to my family members if only I subscribed to Apple Music? Can they still ask Siri to play music?
1st Apple device to give me headaches. Stupid thing won’t just stay working……always having trouble connecting to the internet.

Hi Jace, have you managed to sort out your problem? I can't really diagnose what the issues is from where I am. Normally it helps to make sure the phone is updated then turn everything off and then back on and go through the set up again. I've got a link to the Apple info with some steps to try. support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208490 If that doesn't work give them a call and they will be able to talk you through it.

I cant conmect
This did not work for me. When plugging up the homepod, the thing just sat there...looking stupid. No light... No chime.... NOTHING. Frustrating.

@@cindyz.3987 try turning on Bluetooth and having the phone right next to it. If not just unplug it and plug it back in and try restarting your phone as well.

Did you buy the HomePod from a third-party?? that’s probably why then. Whoever owned it before, might still be paired to it.
This is annoying the shit out of me because it will just play the most random music from apple music and then it just wont connect 1/10
I liked and subscribed and it wasn’t useful
