In January and February we had a very cold winter with temperatures barely at 1 degree above freezing. Then it was on to the rain water and water butt systems. First, we fixed the gutter brackets along the sides of the shed and then ran the guttering along the brackets. We connected all the downspouts and the connectors to allow the water to run off in to the water butts. A bit of drilling and adjusting on the butt and all looked good. A quick test from the watering can showed us it was all working!
