When using an indoor exercise bike, it is important to find the right fit for each rider. Most bikes have multiple adjustment points where you can raise or lower the seat, raise or lower the handlebars, and slide the seat forward and back. A few bikes also allow riders to move the handlebars forward or back to further expand the reach. Depending on your bike, you will want to play around with the adjustment points a little bit to find the right fit for you.
This video outlines the various points of adjustment and how to find that perfect fit!
Check the adjustment knobs on your bike to make sure they are fully tightened after making an adjustment.

    Thanks, another very good quality video. I have a question though. If the seat and the handle bars are both adjustable that forearm distance between gives quite a range for the seat over the pedals. Did I miss something?

    You want the seat above and slightly behind the pedals. There should be a 25-35 degree bend in your knee with your foot at full extension at the bottom of the stroke (foot flat, not pointed toe). Once you have your seat where you want it, then you can adjust the handlebars.

    Question for you gurus, do you guys advise or recommend cushioned or gel seats for riders that have issues with the stiff and hard seats? do you guys have any recommendations for any?

    We don't have any specific gel covers that we prefer. Just make sure whichever one you get will attach firmly to the seat. Some of them shift around, which can increase hot spots and friction points.

    ah ok so well iv been using it wrong this whole time lol the seat was the problem it was to low so whenever i did these kind of exercises my entire front of my leg would be like the only thing actually working

    WRONG!!!!! YOur bike is way too high......you will not even get a workout with where your bike.... YOur knee will actually get more sore the way you are riding. and there is nothing wrong with riding hunched over.... Look at how road riders ride... I hate how all you youtubers set people up wrong. You are also way too far back....
