Bro there is no other option . If you want to then you can go with modding,custom ROMs which support that(most of the new ROMs don't) or you could use apk's

This is not the solution to the problem I was looking for, the screen does not sleep only when charging. While the problem is now Sleep Never is no longer in the feature options.

Bro the problem can't be solved without using third party apps. I suggest to not to use third party apps (That's my opinion 🙄) By using third party apps that will work only while the app is running in the background.It will consume more battery and won't do you any good. So good to use the above method.
