U just saved me from calling my boss about something very simple as this lmao
You don't have to have a fancy Master Reset tool. All the tool does is make it more convenient to reset the lock. Any metal pin will work, but you have to hold it pushed in while you turn the code wheels. I used a RC servo pushrod as the pin, clamped it in a vise to hold it steady, inserted it in the lock's reset hole till it fully compresses the spring loaded part inside, and hold it that way while you turn the code wheels to the new combination.
