@@mixizettpitelka Thank you for your comment. I am happy it helped. My story is quite interesting. I used to live in Germany and I got this machine for free via my AOK health insurance. 6 months afterwards I moved from Germany so I asked Löwenstein if I can buy the machine. They gave me an offer that I can buy my used machine for 1153 Euros. This is just silly because like you said I can buy a new for 700. However I went on ebay and was very lucky to buy a brand new one for 275:). After receiving it I sent an email to Löwenstein asking how can I change the pressure. They told me only the doctor or seller can do it which is non sense and made me a bit worried. So I contacted the ebay seller and thank God they told me how to do it. Afterwards I made the video ! Enjoy!

Is Prisma soft an auto CPAP? Or just a manual one? Because I don't find the option to choose from a range of pressures. I can only set one pressure for the whole night.

@@Sdali1690 Yes. I know. I've also seen this. But after getting into „clinical mode”, I only saw the „Mode Cpap” once and never again since, so I can not try and see if I could modify that mode anymore - for some unknown reason. Ive just bought my device yesterday and had a very good sleep on 4 all night.

Useful for conscious patients. But ordinary people may choose settings that are not suitable for them. If you are not sure, please consult your doctor.

@@oceanborn01 Yes for sure. When you get the diagnosis , the doctor will usually recommend a pressure. However I think most use the auto setting anyways. For this u dont need a doctor. It will automatically adjust pressure according to your needs.

Hello, today I received the device, apparently it is not configured well and I tried to press both buttons nothing happens but if I press only the left button on the right side I get to the menu showing me not like in your example I don't see if I'm in a supp or arap mode and I have no possibility of changing the air pressure and it's so strong that after a few minutes now it's hard for me to breathe and I don't feel well even without the mask and until 5 minutes ago everything was fine well not everything the neighbors can hear me

Did you remember to hold the two buttons on the right for a least 10 seconds, mine seemed to take longer to go into clinical mode?

@@Sdali1690 60/h was the highest@. Average was 40/h @71 sec obstructive while professional sleep recording, still high... Now the highest ever recorded is 3/h, lowest and average is 1/h At first they set APAP @ std min 7hPa Soft PAP off Max 14hPa it was ok but felt uncomfortable because of high pressure. I set APAP @ dyn min 7hPa Soft PAP 1 Max 12hPa (11.5) It feels much more comfortable without effecting apnea count. Thanks for your effort to explain how we can access clinical mode.
