Hello sir,i have this same car (2003/4) vitz clavia but it has cvt transmission, and 2sz engine....it jerks alot while shifting..i have changed transmission fluid but still the problem is there.

There might be 2 reasons check Cvtf level if it's low top up, second get your car scan may be Dsu or Sls solenoid faulty

@tanzaniacarschannel6975 yes for some solenoids failure check light doesn't illuminate but dtc stored in ecm or TCM

Hi, Thanks for your works sir.I have a question for you that is not related to valve body servicing.I have a Suzuki every 2006 mini van model.The crankshaft went bad and after replacing it the flex plate keeps breaking.I have changed the torque converter,backing plate,stud cone,the trust bearing and the transmission,still it will break when test driving it .Any answer for me will be highly appreciated.Thanks

Did you replace crankshaft with exactly same no? there might bi a very little difference in crankshaft especially flex plate side, also make sure that one of the thick cone plate should placed before flex plate and thin one placed after flex plate, also make sure the small bore on new crankshaft where torque converter fits is of same diameter with old crankshaft

استاد جی جب آپ گاڑی کو پہلا گئر میں یا ریورس میں ڈالتے ہیں تو تھوڑا سا جھٹکا لگتا ہے وہ کیا مسئلہ ہو سکتا ہے۔ اک ایگزیو گاڑی میں ہم نے تین گیر ڈالے اور کوئ کوڈ بھی نہیں تھا لیکن مسئلہ حل نہیں ہوا ۔ آپ بتا سکتے ہیں کہ خرابی کہاں ہوسکتی تہی

Ap iski running complete kr den, halka accelerator ma 20 sy 60 k speed ma 250 km chala den InshAllah apka masla Hul ho jaega, ghadi bilkul thanda kr k pehly ap 50 km chala den, fir dubara bilkul thanda kr k 50 km chala den ye process ap 4 dafa Karen, aik dam accelerator kick down nahi krana or aik dm hard brake nahi lagana jb tak 250 km ki running complete nhi hoti
