Actually this is valid even for renting the flat. Proper repair and painting - immediately it gets occupied. I follow this everytime for my home on rent. Yes, I do repairs every year etc, but never my home remains vacant and also I checked it would fetch 6 to 7 lakhs more than the other house in the same Soceity which isn't maintained

सर जी प्रोपर्टी डीलर हम लोगों से बहुत तेज चलते हैं आप चाहें 10 प्रतिशत की ब्रोकेज दे दो डीलर आपकी प्रोपर्टी के रेट एक रुपया बढ़ा कर नहीं बिकवाएगा क्योंकि ज्यादातर डीलर बिल्डर बन चुके हैं डीलर कमीशन पर नहीं 20 से 30 प्रतिशत प्रोफिट पर काम करते हैं डीलर खुद ही खरीदार बनते हैं खुद ही सेलर बन जाते हैं सब को पता है बेचने के रेट अलग और खरीदने के रेट अलग होते हैं

Not agree, u r saying if ur property not rise from last 1 yr, then u should sell. Property increases not every year, if property did not rise in 2023, it could rise in 2024. U have to wait 3 to 4 yrs atleast.

Keeping flat or property empty is rightly said,its better keep painted and clean, always sell through local agents.

Can you make a video on... First Indian parents want their son to go abroad(for study or work) or daughters to get married to nri grooms ONLY Later when they settle abroad , have kids , have jobs and cannot visit them( our parents) for 2/3 yrs as they too have responsibilities , some financially..parents start complaining ( what is our life, no one cares, visits or loves us and send us all kind of sarcastic msgs n videos cifculating on watsup nowadays to make us feel guilty) which also mentally upsets us... I am going through such a situation at present...

mere satha huatha..mera gar malik ko 1 month rent pay nahi kiya...aur har hafte me 1 bar dusre tenent ko leke gar dikane ata..jabki mene 10 months ka advance pay kiya huya tha. Merko gusa agaya ek din...men bin pocchu rato rat gar khali di diya..tab se 3 sal se gar khali pada he.

Flipping works in the west because people don’t want to get into the hassle of repairs. In India, this idea is not going to work as most people dont shy away from renovating the property and infact they prefer getting the property redone after purchase. Never seen an end-user of property moving in without getting things redone as per their own taste.

You always advocate son's family living close by and not in the same house...But seniors living alone become easy target for thieves and even servants who may loot and kill them.Even child living closeby may not be aware whats going on there..
