برطانیہ والا طریقہ اپنانا چاہئے ٹرانسفر کے لئے کیونکہ کار کی رجسٹریشن بک پہ چھوٹا سا خانہ ہوتا ہے جسکو پُر کرکے رجسٹریشن اتھارٹی کو بھیج دیا جائے تو نئی رجسٹریشن بک نئے مالک کو مل جاتی ہے بزریعہ ڈاک یا دوسرا آسان طریقہ آن لائین ہے جس سے دو منٹ میں نئے مالک کے نام پہ گاڑی ہو جاتی ہے

You are doing phenomenal work, but I just wanted to point this out as it's too funny. The FEE is singular and denotes a single charge, and FEES is plural and denotes two or more charges. However, there is no such word as FEESES. A word in biology sounds similar, spelled FAECES, and you can google what it means.
