Yet another excellent video! All salient points covered. One more point to consider while purchasing/getting a sofa made is that if you have young children/pets, its best to opt for separate cushion like seating for the part of the sofa used for sitting. It is generally made up of 3-4 cushion seats with their individual covers which can easily be removed and washed in the washing machine vis a vis permanent upholstered sofas. It is a lot more hygienic to use these kind of sofas with removable back and seat cushions than a permanent/fixed upholstered sofa.

It was really informative. Amazing ideas to be implemented. I want to ask that I have drawing room with open kitchen. Drawing room walls have mouldings on one wall. All walls are white in color nd celing is egg shell white in color. Now if i talk about kitchen, i have all cabinets of olive green somewhat dark in colour but slab is white in color. Now... Since kitchen is viewable from drawing room, what coloured sofa i should take

False ceiling please

when you go to buy a sofa which is already a finished product, the things that you have mentioned will not work. It would only when you go to a soft making guy to get a custome sofa prepared. It would be great if you can provide tips on how to select a sofa which is already a finished product.
