I don’t have this feature why is that ?

I checked out how many devices are logged into my restricted Instagram account and I found out that there was a lot and there was like a week ago when some when my account was disabled.I can't change password or anything because it's restricted.How they log in?Should this be concerning?I don't run this account now by the way.
