I gave to one landlords 5 months deposit, rent 8k deposit 40k, I left the house after 2 year and came back to Assam, after deducting the last month rent , painting charges I get 20000 rupuees, 10000 he returned but 10000 not returning. The owner never pick up my call or reply to my WhatsApp message. So mean and greedy. I curse them to go to hell

Go to court. Such ppl need to be taught a lesson. 1 month rent covers the painting & renovation charges...its not to be paid separately.

Model Tenancy Act 2021 will change all this now

@@VivekSingh-cy2wg i couldn't able to find any of those at that time but you can check over the call in queens and kings co-living studio rooms. If you want to stay for only a month then i think this is a fine place. You can check on the map as well

Poor people can't deposit 1lac. Bangalore is my best city but room rent is too expensive for poor people.
