If you can't sign 3-8 clients from 10,000 emails you are running wildly bad cold email campaigns. You need to optimize deliverability, have an offer people actually buy, write better scripts, and get better data. It's not expensive at all because it's CORRECT data that is already verified

Hey daniel , im basically a freelancer offering ecom email marketing ( design , tech and copy is all handled by me ) How many clients can this system help me get if I'm running a campaign for around 5k emails pm? Also I don't think I can handle more than 5 clients at once so I don't want to just waste leads if I'm doing extra

For that offer you'll prob be able to get 1 customer per 3,000-6,000 leads. Will heavily depend on if you have a guarantee, and the case studies you have showing revenue generated from your other clients. More case studies = higher closer rate & more calls booked

Also, can you please tell me how many email accounts and domains do I need to outreach to 3000 new leads per month? I was thinking 6 email accounts (2 domains, 3 accounts per domain), for 100 new leads per day + 2 follow ups per 1 lead. So basically, 300 emails in total for 6 email accounts, 50 emails per account.
