You don't need to note down. Just take in the passage and understand.

Sir , you motivates me to work for cat when I feel it's not possible for me to crack..so,I started reading Hindu everyday ....I feel like I have a good vocabulary to talk with others in English but in reality I feel very nervous to talk with others ...so how can I make this right? Any suggestions

Do what makes you feel uncomfortable, start talking in English as much hours as possible to your friend or anyone. If you are still shy than try giving speech on various topics to yourself.

You need a good mix of Hindu Editorials, Articles, Fiction and Non fiction. Start with things you are more comfortable and progress towards everything.

I'm sorry, how is 95 or 98 percentile a brag? You're supposed to be an expert right? 99 should be the baseline.
