Crux Aim for 100 marks Do solve each and every question for the 1st time Solve the practical sums just don't read it Bcoz u will not remember in the exams And don't see just for time saving in middle of solving the question if I don't able to solve rather try to solve even wrong u cannot learn if I don't do that .(diffn b/w us and ranker ) 2 concept clarity Make register for concept or formula 3 paper writing Consolidation left karo or don't start with it 4 follow institute solutions ( Bcoz examiner check with that ) 5 read the question properly Bcoz kuch adjust ment hum skip yaar miss kardete hai Bcoz reading time hum proper use nhi karte Focus on chapter which are high scoring and little time consuming .. (ABC analysis ) Don't give up believe in yourself I had one question I had left only 2m and I will start study now can I clear GRP 1 or should I focus on 3 papers only for exemption leaving audit for next attempt Yes this is my first attempt Plz guide Naman Jain

My question as below: XYZ Pvt Ltd incorporated in 20.03.2019 and with 10000share @10 each= 100000 share capital but commencement of bust certificate received on 28.04.2019. apart from that XYZ Pvt Ltd also paid incorporation fees to government along with consultant fees to professional of RS. 25000 on 20.03.2019. no need to go for solving 100% FR paper coz i doesn't meant to be solved within 3 hrs. do ques you know with all workings. i attempted for 84 and got 70. Dont ever take advice from single attempt cleared students coz they wont be able to tell you how not to fail in exam.
