There's 7 Hakka's sub dialect (probably more) and he sound like he using Hopo / Hepo Hakka variant. I can't even understand what he's talking about if he speak too fast. So...No, you can't Scolding at random Hakka with his Hakka variant.

Nope, it's bao-ngon accent, mostly spoken in the south of canton region & Sabah. Hopo will be very different as it's northeastern accent & you'll hear some Teohchew sounding words, mostly spoken in Sarawak.

Bot nya tai Lang means have you been chilled by a severe cold? Zung nya farn su means literally go get planted ( buried) like a sweet potato! Seet nya loh mi means go get indigestion by stuffing yourself with glutinous rice ( a very noxious feeling)! Tai farn su means very huge sweet potato! Depending on the situation, usage of such expressions can amount to an unpleasant way of cursing someone! But it can be a pleasant sarcastic way of criticising someone acquainted with you! So be cautious?
