Actually just use "Gerek" Like; I have to go : Gitmem gerekiyor. I don't have to go : gitmem gerekmiyor. I will have to go : Gitmem gerekecek. I had to go : Gitmem gerekiyordu. I may have to go : Gitmem gerekebilir. You have to use also different suffixes for each subject like: You have to go: Gitmen gerekiyor. He has to go : gitmesi gerekiyor. He has to sleep: uyuması gerekiyor. We have to sleep: uyumamız gerekiyor. They have to sleep: uyumaları gerekiyor. Little bit complex but after using these phrases you're getting used to these. Also i think "zorundayım" little bit equals to "must"
Thank you! I love your teaching style! I have made more strides in learning Turkish in one month with your videos than I have in a year with various other sources. Thanks again!!

Very effective
Note: "Zorunda kalacağım" is not just because it's an exception, but because "zorunda" is a noun. Even in English you can say "I am noun" and "I was noun" but you cannot say "I will noun", you need "I will BE noun", which translates into "zorunda olacağım". "Zorunda KALACAĞIM" is very similar to "zorunda olacağım", but more fitting because we use it as a solidified phrase. Its literal translation is something like "I will remain[/become] obliged to"
Thank you sir ✨ l like your teaching I understand Turkish language

And we also use two other expressions which are (gerekiyor/ lazım) and they have almost the same meaning as zorunda for example instead of saying ( gitmek zorundayım ) you can say (gitmem gerekiyor) or (gitmem lazım ) but I think gerekiyor is more common than lazım and Zorunda is something that you are obliged to do it but the others are something that you have to do or you must do for example if you say (gitmek zorundayım) it means that you are obliged to go but if you say (gitmem lazım/gerekiyor) means that you have to go not obliged to go

Does "Yapmak zorundayim" and "Yapmaliyim" mean the same and when do i use each of this forms?
