KNUCKLEBALLS:
Knuckleballs may seem daunting but there’s a simple trick to knowing whether a shot is a knuckle - the ball will often have no spin, and the initial curve will be quite small. It helps to have quicker reflexes (Advice on quick reflexes at 00:00).
CURVE SHOTS:
Curve shots are another high-level shooting technique that you’ll rarely come across. The most common curve shot is x3, which looks like a regular shot but curves much more while also speeding up. These shots can be tricky to deal with as the curve will be unexpected, but improving your reaction speed by following the tips in the previous section will mean you can afford to wait longer before deciding whether to commit to a save or not. If you notice a shot is an x3, overestimating the curve is almost always the right call.
Other curve shots include Sneak Curve, which looks like it’s going straight ahead but it’ll suddenly move to the side tricking many keepers. A good way to spot a sneak curve is a lack of ball spin, but it’s possible it could also be a no-curve shot. Again, a good reaction speed is key here.
You won’t have to dive for most curve shots due to the majority of them being longs, but certain short-to-medium range shots exist that incorporate curves, and these can be quite tricky to save - diving is often required.
There are some shots that go extremely fast, such as x4, but these are quite rare and normally require macros to pull off.

As for me, I'm a goalkeeper who can't make it into the top 100 but I encountered 3/7 situations you listed: long shot, baraa, outside shot and I saved it. At some point, I will be surprised by a long shot with an unknown direction and all I can do is stand still and watch it hit the crossbar in my surprise. We are only humans, not robots, so we can't be saved, right?

Hardest shots are the ones where the player mishits the ball multiple times making the gk hesitate as well and the shot becomes harder to predict

it's shoot lmb + shoot f, but you have to time it right if you touch the ball too early itll go slow and if you touch it too late it'll go high
