How to Run Zelda64Recompiled on Linux Mint 21.3

___UPDATE___: You can also just right click on the AppImage file, go to Properties, then go to the Permissions tab, and check the box for "Allow executing file as program."
This focuses on how to run Zelda64Recompiled on Linux Mint 21.3, and hopefully play the USA rom of Majora's Mask. Ubuntu distros in general most likely follow these same steps. I hope this video helps.

On Linux Mint you can just right-click an appimage file, go to properties, go to second tab, I believe it's called permissions, then enable "allow file to run as executable"

It hurts this wasn't explained via CLI, but, yes, what you said is true. (Honestly CLI is to keep out the ignorant). Most Linux distros disable execute rights to new installs because...well you're an idiot who doesn't deserve access til you know what you're touching. This isn't being elitist or something.... it's just common sense. You shouldn't be given the keys till you own the house per se. If you're the new dope who can't spend more than 5 mins to at least get right privileges in Linux...do you really deserve the power? No. You don't. Yes, you. Read, and I don't care about your mental illness. Autistic, depressed and emotionally broken, I read the man pages. ADHD....well....sorry your brain is broken? Focus. But, again. Here's a tip for you: instead of pasting the name, just type Z and then press Tab. Alternatively, just press Tab twice.
