It Realy Works my game was like 5 fps and after this i locked the fps to 30 and it was not going down from 30 fps i have a 3.10 gh cpu and 512 mb vram 8 gb ram

BTW instead of changing PC screen resolution you can just press alt-enter and game window will change to fullscreen mode keeping the low resolution.

I am playing in 4 gb ram and with cheap gpu in laptop

My processor is 1.83 ghz and I think that's what is throttling my game so hard. I have it on potato settings and tried the windows trick and it still runs in like 2 fps and lags edit it's a GeForce 1050 and 16gb ram just trash processor

Theres some ways to help it one, of them is changing the thermal paste and cleaning the fans on the laptop itself if it is to much work/you still have high temps you could try getting a good cooling pad,hope it helps :]
