I love the little advice things that pop up in the videos. For example the one that says to hydrate, fix your posture, and say one positive affirmation. That’s what i did and I automatically felt much better.

Also I love that you said we can give gratitude for what we do have when things are tough. I’ve been having tough times recently and I just completely ignore all my blessings. I’m going to make sure to write them down today: I tend to focus so much on what’s going wrong without realising it

Rebecca I just wanna say thank you ! Honestly nothing beats your commentary ! So simply put but well said . I’m 29 now and i only recently stopped seeing things as a chore. I was so lucky to study away from home for my undergrad and do a masters after that. But in my head I saw everything as a chore , the study , keeping my house with house mates clean, cooking etc. but when I look back I wish a could re do colege and romanticise it. I realise so many people worldwide don’t get her chance to study or live away from home and all thy ode things. Thanks for putting it onto words. I’ve been unhappy with myself feeling like I had wasted some of those years by being lazy and. Not being my best self. But I’m glad to hear you say you had that experience too and that probably others do too. This was long but thanks for reading ❤

3:31 Hii, I thought you might want to know. You shouldn’t bring in your device (unless it was a camera) inside the shower with you. Because for example if you bring your phone, people could like hack into your phone. Access your camera and see you through front and back cameras. So, yeah. Better safe then sorry! ❤️❤️
