Looks really great but does the scalp hv to be that visible or does it depends on the parting style you go with when starting the locs

Do you need to do a clean part when twisting the locs for like a less visible scalp effect or even when now starting the locs

Hello this is my first time doing my bf long locs can you plz show me how to wash and section the hair to twist? His locs are very long

HelpfulAF hey I'm a white chick looking to learn every way to braid and would use what I learn just to personally create them with fake hair to braid I different ways into my own hair to add pops of color etc as extensions. One of the missing things as far as how to videos on here seems to be the lack of videos to show how to create dreads from the very beginning the crochet ones is what I'm interested in them any after but the key here is no videos show close up, or scan the intent first on what we are trying to do like I can't tell if we r supposed to grab a single sml strand then ur wrapping that same strand around the hair as they crochet or if its random hairs they're grabbing each time but then just for the start beginning one slow this process doen to almost a stop literally need that start process to slow down to a slow crawl would b incredibly helpful to me but most say noone has that I've seen it's terribly frustrating so closer the better and explain what the point is rt away so I can understand that B4 I go into how maybe just a thot but Ive been at this week's now cuz I can't even start one the correct way cuz they aren't working out but I loved this vid and ur pace is really spot on
