So THAT'S how it's done! I could not figure it out from the manual. Thank you!

Thanks big time. Couldn’t figure out to separate the lines equally. Btw… for Toros use a 20 ft line. I had to cut the one is in half and it’s good for the next replacement

Thanks for the video, the manual like most is vague, I had a 40volt kobalt that was real pain to load, arrows had to be perfect and when they wore off I found out you cant get replacement bump heads. GO PENS!!!!!!

From what I read, .095 is the standard recommended size.

Sometimes the line pinches itself internally and won't extend. In that case, the best approach is to remove the string and reload it again.

Mine only goes for a few seconds after I squeeze both the triggers. Am I doing something wrong?

Sounds like a dead battery. Only other possibility is there's something really wrong with the head (too much resistance) and the battery isn't strong enough to turn it so it shuts off. But it sounds like a battery issue. You can press the button on the battery to see how much charge it has. Or put it on the charger for a while.

This head SUCKS for loading and dispensing line. The button needs replacing all the time from wear.
