For those who did not understand you will indirectly tell them that their makeup is ugly

Another way is to just zone in on a spot on their face, squint and shake your head slowly. Then act as if you are trying to not look at the spot but keep looking at it. That will make them feel self conscious, and when they ask "what" you say "oh nothing" and act as if you were caught "accidentally" looking at "something" on their face
