Madam i work 45 days, but becoz of my financial issue i get my salary on last month, if i have resign what i have to do know.

I appreciated your presentation highly. I have worked for this company for 1 year 5 months. I decided on resigning so I had to wrote them my resignation and they received it. The company's still needs me so they are putting up drama like if we had to cancel you, you have to go and bought flight ticket because once we cancel you, you are going to exist the country. But they are not the ones that bring me in UAE it's only job they offered me. Is there any rights for them to make such request?

No, they just scare you. If they continue say you know your rights and will go to labor office and police. I recommend you to have prove of conversations turn on speech recorder when they make drama etc.

Yet, please , visit closest labor office in your day off with your current contract and ask there , but they can't send you home . That's lies , for sure you don't pay for ticket

Bangladesh can join free zone visa. Even Bangladesh visa is off.

Company didn't give my limited contract even after Asking. Later I got that through official site.where salary was less. And in contract they didn't mention about Job responsibilities, leave policies, over timings.But in dummy company offer letter huge job responsibilities written with correct salary and also If I resign before 2 years, 2 months salary should be paid to company like that mentioned with 1 month notice. Now Here I am working for 4 months and want to resign because of too much lies and Pressure of MD. So which job offer I should follow offer letter given by company or Job contract. But if you don;t go to work and don't resign you can have life ban and face deportation. Cause company has a right to apply like you are worker that does not come to work, you will be terminated automatically by the law.

That should be mentioned in your contract about your remuneration, but as I know if it is unlimited , they don't owe you money . Yet I recommend to you visit labor office with your printed contract

Hi good evening, I joined my company this year January 15th and will be 1 year with them by next month. The first two months I joined I was not paid any salary, by the third month they paid only one month salary and since then, it has been like that right now the company is owing us 3 months salaries and 4 months overtime by the end of these month it will be 4 months salaries and 5 months overtime. I am very worried I don't know what to do.pls what do you think I should do.thank you for responding to me.

Oh god, so sad . I am sorry to hear that. Why do companies do that , employees have to pay rent and eat. Anyway my advise take day off and go to TAS HEEL shortly speaking a labor office and ask them what should you do, take your contract there , it is important to keep it . Also make bank statement for 6months, prove that you werent paid all this time. See what they will say , then write here keep me updated. By go to labor office first

I hope you are well and safe, you have to tell them you will go to police, nobody can hold your passport, by law I had same situation if they still don't give your passport I highly recommend to go to police for real
